Delivery
We aim to send your order out on the day that it is placed, however during sale and busy periods processing of orders may be subject to delay – we ask you to allow a handling time of 1-3 days for all orders.
All customers will receive a tracking code after their order is shipped.

Although our beautiful headquarters are in Chiang Mai, Thailand we have fulfillment centers in the USA and The Netherlands so that shipping is fast and easy bee-asy for you!
Customers in Asia 2-5 days
Products will be packed and shipped within a few days of receiving your order and shipped with FedEx express
EU customers – 3-5 days
Products will be shipped from our trusted fulfillment center in The Netherlands and they pack and ship usually on the same day or next working day and send express
USA customers – 3-5 days
Products will be shipped from our trusted fulfillment center in The USA and they pack and ship usually on the same day or next working day and send express

We hope that you love what you ordered, but if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, provided it is within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be new and unused, with all originals labels attached.
